Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is an Romanian actor and TV host. She's most famous as the protagonist of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control as well as Rush. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. She began her showbiz career as a child. She was a lead actress in television dramas from as early when she was just 16. She was praised for her part as a character in Der Tunnel. This paved for her to play other memorable role roles like Adolf's Secretariat Traudl Junge. Another Oscar nominated film starring the female diva include The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. In the past, Alexandra was involved in numerous important international and national productions. The projects she worked on include The British biographical Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time and as French historical Miniseries Napoleon. The actress was also a member of the jury of the Transylvania International Film Festival, as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
